work for general liability matters and will benefit from collaboration in a professional and growth-oriented practice environment.

• Represent insurers and policyholders in general liability cases, including premises liability, auto negligence, and personal injury defense.

• Develop litigation strategies and manage all phases of litigation: depositions, hearings, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.

• Negotiate settlements and collaborate directly with clients and insurance carriers.

• Licensed to practice in Florida with 3+ years of experience in general liability or insurance defense litigation.

• Strong litigation, legal research, and case management skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.
