Kessenick Gamma LLP (“KG”) is a boutique healthcare firm that specializes in representing medical groups, technology companies, and other healthcare organizations. We handle a broad range of matters for our clients, including commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, contract disputes, reimbursement disputes, peer review, and employment issues.
KG is seeking a litigation associate with 1-6 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and communication skills. Our ideal candidate would have experience working as a law firm associate, government litigator, or judicial law clerk. No prior healthcare experience is required.
This position is an excellent opportunity to obtain substantive experience in a niche industry practice. As compared to larger firms, KG offers significantly increased responsibility, client contact, and a realistic prospect for partnership. Many of our attorneys joined us from larger international firms, seeking a different working experience. With the mentoring and guidance of our more senior attorneys, KG’s associates routinely conduct depositions, argue in court, draft dispositive motions and trial briefs.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
