This is an entry level position with the experience ranging from zero to three years. We welcome applicants who are recent graduates or have recently completed a clerkship. Strong litigation writing skills are very important for this role. Member of the New Jersey Bar and/or New York required. Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities will touch upon all phases of representation of our business litigation clients and will include:
- Conducting extensive document review and legal research,
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Preparing memoranda analyzing legal and factual issues
- Arguing motions and provide support for trials for the Litigation Practice Group.
