
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks a Corporate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support our Commercial Transactions Practice Group in our Minneapolis office.

Position Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the Minnesota bar in good standing.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, licensing agreements, and other commercial agreements.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential
