The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a Law Group to hire an Attorney. Practice Areas include Employment Law, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Real Estate Law, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Management of cases from pre-litigation through trial/settlement
- Thoroughly investigate cases by researching relevant laws/precedents and gathering evidence
- Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel
- Prepare for court proceedings, including selecting juries, preparing witnesses, and presenting evidence
- Negotiate settlements to resolve cases outside of court
- Handle appeals after a trial or settlement (when necessary)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in litigation
- 1+ years of deposition experience
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Superior time management and multi-tasking skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
- Experience with Employment Law, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and/or Real Estate Law is a huge plus
