Personal Injury - Pre Litigation Attorney
Disparti Law Group PA See More Job Openings by This EmployerWe’re seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our successful Personal Injury team for a full-time position in our downtown Chicago office.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel to clients and close cases within standard time frame
Direct the activities of assigned team to handle case management from inception to completion
Oversee assigned case management team to monitor performance and ensure quality work
Perform pre-litigation and occasional litigation work
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Communicate and manage relationship with clients and opposing counsel
Fully investigate cases and document findings
Negotiate the most favorable settlements for clients
Examine medical evidence
Maintain regular contact with clients
Lien resolution
Preparation of demands
Required Skills:
Excellent legal research skills
Excellent academic, written, and verbal skills

Compensation:
Compensation starts at $100,000, based on experience.
