Essential Functions
Experience
Please have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer collections or related litigation roles. Must be able to work in New Mexico.
Pay
Compensation range is $85,000–$125,000 depending on experience with competitive benefits package.
Salary
Essential Functions
- Leads a department of 5 Legal Assistants, focused primarily on consumer debt collection, including both legal action and out-of-court account resolution.
- This person will be responsible for attending hearings and trials, as needed.
- Provides input on modifications to departmental policies and procedures.
- Supervises Legal Assistants to ensure efficient and accurate case processing.
- Depending on experience and interest, this person may work in other areas of the firm’s practice, such as estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation.
