We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our asbestos litigation team. As the first point of contact for individuals and families affected by asbestos exposure, you will play a vital role in gathering essential case details, building trust with potential clients, and ensuring a smooth transition into legal representation. Your ability to handle sensitive health-related information with empathy and accuracy is critical in this role!

Duties:

• • Serve as the initial contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough intake interviews to obtain personal, medical, occupational, and exposure-related history.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system.
  • Communicating with complaint team, marketing manager, and managing partner about the status of potential cases.
  • Mailing out Authorizations, intake packets, and letters including the date of diagnosis.
  • Scanning in documents received.
  • Coordinate with medical records team and paralegals to collect necessary documentation.
  • Track intake metrics and provide regular updates to the Intake Manager or legal team.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in legal intake, medical intake, or client services strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with asbestos litigation, mass tort, or personal injury law.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing multiple open leads simultaneously.

Comp Package: Starting salary of $45,000 based on skills and experience, Bonus, Profit Sharing, Full Benefits, 401K
