Position Summary: 


As our Marketing Director, you will lead the marketing strategy and client development activities for Moaddel Law firm. The primary goal is to increase revenue for the firm through brand building and cultivating client development as a thought leader in the design, implementation, and execution of campaigns, initiatives, and programs focused on client retention, growth, and new business opportunities. In this leadership role, the Director will collaborate with the CEO and President to devise marketing and client development programs in a manner consistent with the firm’s overall long-term strategy.
With seasoned Business to Consumer and Services experience and proven in marketing to Hispanic Consumers at the Corporate Level, you will demonstrate a passion for storytelling and inspiring creativity and collaboration across teams while ensuring marketing efforts align with business objectives. 

Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy, Branding, Leadership and Management:

Deeply understand Moaddel Firm’s core demographic (Hispanic Client Base) and build strategies to connect our brand

  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts our target customers to our services.
  • Ensure campaigns support brand initiatives, vision, and customer experience, engagement and guest growth.
  • Ideate and build breakthrough marketing campaigns with powerful language and storytelling.
  • Partner in the execution of marketing on all channels - social and digital.
  • Oversee execution of brand marketing and experiential marketing events.
  • Own campaign successes and execution.
  • Optimize brand positioning and go-to-market strategies by identifying key marketing opportunities and white space, including but not limited to external activations.
  • Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies.
  • Create and develop marketing strategies for new products or services.
  • Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market.
  • Work with sales to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients.

Technical And AI-Driven Marketing Focus

  • Monitor business and campaign health using data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Lead strategy and execution for digital marketing efforts, including oversight of website and customer acquisition across paid and organic channels.
  • Innovate & experiment;A/B testing, creative messaging, conversion rate optimization, and funnel building.
  • Drive insights around customer cohorts, new vs. returning mix, LTV, and product-level trends.
  • Own and evolve the ecommerce site experience across UI/UX, navigation and  product storytelling.
  • Stay at the forefront of e-commerce trends and innovation, proactively identifying areas for strategic growth and improvement.
  • Drive key performance metrics—including CVR, AOV, UPT, bounce rate, and site speed—through continuous testing and optimization.

Operational Excellence And Performance

  • Manage the marketing budget and expenditures.
  • Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit 
  • Translate data into actionable optimizations across site, spend, and creative.
  • Own and optimize all key digital marketing channels to scale customer acquisition & retention.
  • Create and lead growth strategies increasing ROAS, Customer Acquisition, lifetime value and cost efficiency.
  • Drive omnichannel growth by partnering across teams to activate appointments and events as powerful acquisition and retention channels—bridging the online and offline customer journey.
  • Lead creation and ownership of marketing activity scheduling (calendar).
  • Brief CRM campaigns and optimize lifecycle touchpoints with a focus on Customer Lifetime Value and repeat rate.
  • Champion consumer insights and user experience improvements to drive conversion and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, operations, and customer service to align and execute initiatives.
  • Translate brand equity into performance by identifying high-impact storytelling opportunities across digital touch points—leveraging first-party data to drive conversion without compromising Kinn’s tone, aesthetic, or relationship with its community.

Communications And Media Relations

  • Maintain and manage relationships with recognized legal and technology reporting and media outlets to shape and manage company narrative in the media and beyond. 
  • Serve as the primary press contact and be a spokesperson when needed as well as manage other executive spokespersons as appropriate. 
  • Lead crisis communication and manage press strategies. 
  • Handle all corporate communications and provide any relevant external communications support.
Requirements

Skills

  • 8+ years of direct applicable experience (e.g., sales and/or marketing-related roles) to include 4 years' management experience (some at the Director level preferred) with experience leading others
  • Demonstrated performance marketing experience, with a focus on Paid Social and Service branding.
  • Prior experience in a professional services organization and/or law firm.
  • Proven success managing and scaling budgets.
  • Strong communicator, adept at presenting strategic plans and complex data to leadership and providing vision to direct reports and collaborators.
  • Strong blend of strategic, tactical, and technical competencies.
  • Deep understanding of digital creative processes and experience managing high-quality creative deliverables.
  • Hands-on experience leading digital advertising ecosystems (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools like Klaviyo, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing agencies, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of web analytics tools (GA4) and ability to translate data into actionable strategies

For job  in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $175,000 to $225,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, uncapped paid time off, parental leave, and a 401(k). This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
