Intake Specialist – Personal Injury Law Firm

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. 

In this role, you will handle incoming calls and online inquiries, gather key case information, and ensure a smooth and professional start to the client relationship. 

Your ability to listen, empathize, and guide people through the initial steps will be essential to our firm’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and return calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients promptly.

• Gather and document detailed information about accidents, injuries, and other relevant facts.

• Evaluate potential cases using established firm guidelines and refer to attorneys as needed.

• Explain the intake process, set expectations, and schedule follow-up consultations.

• Maintain accurate records in the case management system.

• Coordinate with attorneys and legal assistants to ensure a seamless client handoff.

• Follow up with potential clients who have not yet signed agreements.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy when communicating with injured individuals and their families.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in personal injury law or a customer service role preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software a plus.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
