With deep experience in intellectual property, litigation, contracts, and business formation, we support clients ranging from startups to established enterprises.

We're now seeking an entrepreneurial, client-focused attorney to join our growing practice-someone who brings not only experience but also a strong reputation and a portable book of business.

The Opportunity:

This is an ideal role for a self-motivated attorney who wants greater flexibility, more ownership over their client relationships, and the ability to collaborate with a respected firm that supports independent growth.

You'll work alongside experienced attorneys in a collegial and efficient environment, with access to firm resources, support systems, and a platform designed to help you continue building your practice.

What You'll Bring:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Utah (or eligible for reciprocity)
• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas:
  • Business transactions
  • Intellectual property
  • Litigation
  • Regulatory/compliance
• A portable book of business (clients you can bring with you)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to independently manage client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit

Salary

• $120,000 - $170,000/year
