An innovative law firm in NYC, NY is seeking a highly motivated Junior Attorney to drive successful outcomes for complex cases from inception to verdict, while collaborating with an exceptional legal and client services team.

• Compensation: Starts at $120K-$300K (DOE) + bonus + benefits + professional growth
• Location: New York City, NY
• Job Type: 100% on-site (hybrid: 3 days/week on-site is available)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Client Interaction: Screen potential litigation clients, prepare clients for depositions, and maintain exceptional client communication (in coordination with client services team).
• Witness Management: Interview and depose witnesses, gathering crucial evidence to support case strategies.
• Mediation and Negotiation: Skillfully prepare for and participate in mediations and negotiations with clients and stakeholders, striving for optimal settlements.
• Compliance: Adhere to standard operating procedures and collaborate with supervising attorneys.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Experience: 5-7+ years of personal injury litigation experience or related legal field.
• License: Active and good standing member with New York Bar.
• Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional professionalism and a strong commitment to client service and representation.
• Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate with a team.
