Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the Transformation: Implement new strategies and techniques to improve how we collect outstanding balances from law firms.
- Coach Your Team: Motivate, train, and develop a team of collections specialists to achieve ambitious goals.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with attorneys and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective collections.
- Analyze & Strategize: Use data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and improve collection strategies.
