Summary: Lead the charge in transforming our Attorney Collections team At AICA Orthopedics!

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the Transformation: Implement new strategies and techniques to improve how we collect outstanding balances from law firms. 
  • Coach Your Team: Motivate, train, and develop a team of collections specialists to achieve ambitious goals. 
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with attorneys and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective collections. 
  • Analyze & Strategize: Use data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and improve collection strategies. 
  • Drive Results: Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) like collection rates and days to resolution. 
  • Innovate & Improve: Continuously look for ways to improve processes and drive better results.
