Job Description
As a Corporate and Estate Planning Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys while ensuring the highest standard of legal work for our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing general attorney support for corporate and estate planning matters.
• Drafting legal entities, including LLCs, LPs, and Corporations.
• Assisting with both basic and complex trust drafting.
• Preparing legal documents such as correspondence, deeds for real property transfers, and more.
• Organizing and managing client asset information with precision.
• Communicating effectively with clients and collaborating with other professional advisors.

Qualifications
We’re looking for a paralegal who has the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of corporate and estate planning experience.
• 4-6 years of paralegal experience preferred (not required).
• 4-year degree preferred (but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Clio is a plus.
