Job Requirements:

Candidates should have 5 to 6 years of litigation experience, with judicial clerkships being a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong academic credentials and exceptional attention to detail, alongside excellent research and writing abilities. Experience in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs on complex legal issues is essential, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, class certification motions, writs, and appeals in both state and federal courts. Candidates must be in good standing with the New York Bar.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $270,000 to $435,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, job-related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short-term and long-term disability coverage, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, vacation, sick leave, and an employee assistance program. Additional voluntary benefits include accident insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care coverage, critical illness and cancer insurance, and pet insurance. Commuter and transit programs may also be available in certain locations.
