Job Description

What you will be doing: Ensure clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Meet with clients to discuss their cases while showing compassion and empathy. Earn the trust, confidence, and respect of clients. Update clients on the status of their claims, demands, and offers. Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Experience you will need: 2 or more years of litigation experience. Needs at least 4-5 first chair trials (civil) Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing. Experience in evaluating claims. Superb negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Team-oriented.
