Location: Irvine, CA (Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office)
Compensation: $170K + Discretionary Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Civil Litigation: Manage all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
• Bankruptcy 
• Alternative Dispute Resolution
• Client Communication

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Civil Litigation experience with a proven track record of success.
• Bankruptcy experience required.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Courtroom experience with demonstrated advocacy and negotiation skills.
