Renewables Litigation Associate - Jackson, MS

Adams and Reese seeks a mid- or senior-level associate with 3+ years of renewables experience to complement the Firm’s current energy practice. This attorney will counsel clients on various renewables projects, with an emphasis on facilities operations and power purchase agreements. Knowledge of wind, solar, hydroelectric and fuel cell facilities, smart grid and energy storage, and energy efficiency and demand-side management are preferred. A commitment to client service, interpersonal collaboration, and effective communication are required. Must have a JD degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Full time in-office.
