Join Legal Intake Professionals as a Legal Intake Client Support Representative! In this role, you serve as a welcoming voice for our firm, handling initial inquiries for personal injury matters. Our Representatives are the initial point of contact via incoming phone call for clients seeking assistance with personal injury matters, and therefore, empathy, compassion, accuracy, and communication skills are vital! They set the tone and pace of our calls, to ensure callers feel they are heard and taken care of. Your day-to-day will include handling incoming client calls, while following detailed scripts, filling out intake forms, and/or receive calls electronically by live transfer.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A professional phone voice that shows care, patience, and concern
• Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
• The ability to ask appropriate questions
• Expertise in engaging with a broad range of individuals to gather pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
• Accurate and fast typing skills
• Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
• A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age

Compensation: $20 / Hour with perfect attendance.

Earn a rate of $20/hour by achieving perfect attendance. Team members earn this rate by remaining punctual for shifts and breaks, while consistently completing their entire shift. Without perfect attendance, the standard rate is $18/hr.

Shifts Offered:

• Full Time - 40 hours
• 12pm-9pm
• 3pm-12am
• 7am-4pm
• You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
• You must be very punctual with great attendance.

Training will last approximately three weeks, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule.
