
Job Description:
ATTORNEYS' TITLE FUND SERVICESThis is a Hybrid Position - currently requires 2 in-office (Tues & Wed) per week in the Orlando, Fl office. All candidates must be local to the Central Florda area for consideration.Company will not sponsor or provide relocation expenses.In this role, you will:
- Report on status of new or existing projects; forecast resource capacity; formulate and define project scope and objectives
- Create and maintain detailed project plan with critical path management in accordance with industry best practices.
- Lead medium sized project meetings both in person and remote; create, update and validate project data and report the data to leaders and peers; create and maintain project records; work with less experienced colleagues in the ongoing completion of their work according to best practices and standards.
- Identify and recommend corrective action for troubled projects.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate to Advanced recent experience with the Full Microsoft Project Desktop required.
- PMP Preferred by not required.
- Experience with ADO (Azure Dev Ops) a plus.
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge to create and maintain project PERT, Critical paths, detail project schedules and work break down structures (WBS) within the full version of Microsoft Project Desktop version in accordance with industry best practices.
- Experience managing all phases of medium to large-sized projects; takes the business implications of the success or failure of assigned project portfolio into consideration.
- Report on status of new or existing projects; forecast resource capacity; formulate and define project scope and objectives in accordance with industry best practices.
- Identify and recommend corrective action for troubled projects.
- Dependable, reliable and punctual attendance is required, which includes hybrid in-office days attendance or attendance at company, industry or other events that occur outside regular business hours.
- Ability to accept supervision and direction, as well as constructive feedback.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent professional written, verbal, listening and communication skills.
- Must be a personable, positive, and professional representative of the company.
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person.
- Actively listens and is mindful of the role body language, gestures and other nonverbal actions can play in communication.
