
JOB SUMMARY: The Legal Intern will gain valuable work experience and skills supporting the Legal team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide assistance as needed to the Legal department
- Receive valuable experience and skills relative to working in a professional, corporate environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY:
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED or, if currently enrolled full-time in high school, has a grade point average of 3.5 or higher
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sharp troubleshooting faculties, deductive reasoning, and careful attention to detail
- Independent and self-directed work ethic when participating in a collaborative environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands
- Must undergo and meet company standards for employment, including controlled substance testing
- Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds
- Computer usage
- Regular talking, hearing and writing
- Work is performed in a hybrid or in-office setting
