Candidates must have at least two years of federal income taxation experience including experience with taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and corporate, partnership, and limited liability company formations. Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.

Washington compensation range:  $235,000 - $310,000
