Employment Single Action Attorney

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employment Single Action Attorney to join our team.

A successful candidate will have a genuine passion and interest in employment and labor law with at least one year of experience specializing in employment litigation, wage-and-hour cases and employment discrimination.

The person having this position must possess good communication skills, organizational skills, and have a thorough understanding of Bibiyan Law Group, P.C. policies, procedures and expectations. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
• Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations.
• Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in employment matters.

Knowledge, Requirements and Skills

• Admission to the CA Bar is mandatory.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 1+ years of experience with employment litigation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

• Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation

$120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
