
- Manage and coordinate responses relating to various litigation, employment, and regulatory matters received by the Company or individual stores. Communicate with business partners and outside counsel based on functional area support.
- Conduct research on various matters to identify and analyze issues, coordinate the gathering of information, materials, reports and other documents in connection with desired and currently held intellectual property, as well as audits or investigations.
- Manage and respond to discovery, subpoenas, and service of process. Organize and maintain legal files; Develop and maintain legal and regulatory reports.
- Ability to conduct factual investigations, including witness interviews, independently related to litigation and employment matters.
- Support day-to-day administrative matters including word processing, drafting correspondence/reports, file maintenance, answering phones and processing mail.
- Assist other members of Legal Department as needed.

Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or paralegal certificate
Preferred Special Certifications or technical skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with DocuSign preferred
Minimum Type of Experience Required
- 6+ years of law firm or in-house corporate paralegal experience required
- Knowledge of methods and techniques of legal research and analysis
- Knowledge of standard legal department practices, procedures, and systems, including file and document management

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and shift priorities, meet deadlines, and take initiative to solve problems
- Attention to detail; solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with various internal and external professionals, including management, outside counsel, and vendors
