Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal support to clients in family law matters.
- Assist senior attorneys with case preparation, research, and client communications.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Represent clients in family law court proceedings, including litigation and negotiations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law, with a focus on litigation and client representation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
