Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Pre Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing personal injury cases from inception through settlement, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and a deep understanding of personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Personal Injury clients through all phases of pre-litigation.
• Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.
• Monitor case progress and ensure a steady flow of significant production that aligns with firm standards.
• Address and resolve team needs promptly to maintain efficiency and productivity.

• Deliver a first-class client experience by maintaining professional and responsive communication.
• Actively seek and encourage client feedback to improve service quality.
• Support the intake team by providing immediate legal guidance as needed.

• Oversee case progression to ensure timely resolution and maximum settlement value.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and court-ordered deadlines.
• Zealously represent clients and work diligently to achieve optimal case outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all case activities, notes, tasks, and analysis within FileVine, in accordance with firm policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas (or applicable jurisdiction).
• Experience in personal injury law or pre-litigation case management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client advocacy abilities.
• Proficiency in case management software (FileVine experience is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
