INTAKE SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Contacting new clients and providing them with the contact information (direct phone number and email address) of the PL/LA assigned to their case.
  • Informing clients of the necessary documents required for their case.
  • Conducting intake questionnaires with clients to ensure all sections are completed, addressing any areas of confusion.
  • Scanning into Filevine the biographical documents that clients bring.

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent   
  • Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English   
  • Prior Customer Service experience   
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing   
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills   
  • Efficient communication skills   
  • Ability to meet deadlines
