Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Corporate Paralegal to support our dynamic legal and compliance teams in a fast-paced trading company environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate governance, contract review and management, and legal operations. This role requires excellent organizational and communications skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have the ability to manage concurrent priorities to support the evolving needs of the legal and compliance teams.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and organize a wide range of contracts such as NDAs, agency agreements, purchase and sales contracts, corporate guarantees and service agreements.
  • Support corporate governance functions including drafting resolutions, handling notarization and legalization of documents,  and coordinating filings with relevant government authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Organize, maintain, and update legal files, databases, and document management systems in accordance with internal policies. Assist with internal and external audits related to legal and compliance.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on diverse topics.
  • Track and monitor deadlines for filings, contract renewals, and regulatory submissions.
  • Provide support to legal and compliance teams on special projects and initiatives globally.
  • Assist in the implementation, review, auditing, and enforcement of internal policies and procedures.
  • Handle legal department invoicing.
  • Assist with legal processes and systems to improve efficiency, including vendor management and internal reporting.
  • Assist with compliance related projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or equivalent, ideally in a trading, logistics, or multinational company or law firm.
  • Knowledge of corporate and contract laws and experience drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, contract lifecycle and document management systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification (e.g., NALA, TBLS)
  • Notary public status in Texas
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
