Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Houston, Texas, is searching for a skilled and driven Personal Injury Case Specialist to join their exceptional team. Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as motions, discovery responses, and pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research and support attorneys in developing case strategies.
  • Coordinate and summarize medical records and billing information for case evaluations.
  • Facilitate client communication to gather essential information and provide updates.
  • Provide organizational support during depositions, trials, and hearings.
  • Manage casework alongside attorneys from initiation to resolution.


Requirements
  • At least 2–3 years of paralegal experience with a specialization in personal injury law.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Texas legal procedures for personal injury cases.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
  • Certification as a paralegal (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
