Known for its deep courtroom experience and cross-border capabilities, the firm serves clients throughout Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America. This position is part of a growing commercial litigation group with a focus on high-stakes business disputes.
Description:
This is a compelling opportunity for a litigation associate to join a dynamic team handling complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. The Miami office is home to more than 30 attorneys practicing across a variety of sectors, and this role will include immediate exposure to meaningful case work, with mentorship from senior litigators.
You will be responsible for handling depositions, drafting substantive motions, and managing case strategy. Candidates with FINRA experience and a commitment to client service are highly valued. Spanish fluency is essential to supporting a diverse client base across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance
- 4+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
- Experience drafting dispositive motions, expert and discovery motions
- Proficiency in taking and defending depositions
- FINRA experience preferred
- Native or fluent bilingual Spanish proficiency required
- Admitted and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Strong writing and communication skills
