Applicants located in the Denver, Colorado area or MST time are preferred (but applicants located in Pacific or Central time with the requisite experience will be considered).
This vital role combines comprehensive paralegal support with executive administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess a strong foundation in the primary area of probate law, including estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships and estate administration. Your expertise will help facilitate case management, document preparation, client appointment and court docket scheduling, and client communication, while providing exceptional support to the senior attorney and management.

Duties
- Assist senior attorney with case preparation by collecting client intake information, drafting and reviewing legal forms, and electronically filing documents with the Court.
- Manage case files and document management systems to ensure all records are accurate, organized, and accessible.
- Scheduling client calls and appointments.
- Move cases forward by following up with senior attorney on outstanding tasks, coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and maintaining detailed logs for court proceedings.
Experience
- Proven paralegal experience of at least 5 years with a strong background in the area of probate and elder law, and drafting estate planning documents.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
- Strong experience in handling client communication and management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; keen attention to detail for proofreading and legal drafting tasks.
- Significant technological skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and Excel), Adobe, and Google Docs/Sheets, strong usage of AI, and task management systems.
- Previous experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation support or administrative roles within a law office setting.

Salary- $35 - $65/hour
