Role Description/Duties:

• Represent clients in business and commercial litigation, handling cases independently.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial litigation team to deliver strategic case management.
• Manage litigation proceedings from initiation through resolution, with a client-focused approach.

Qualifications:

• JD and active Florida Bar license required.
• Minimum 6 years of full litigation experience, with at least 75% focused on business and commercial litigation.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
