Contracts Paralegal Intern 

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a  Contracts Paralegal Intern to join our team! 

Location: Remote 

Pay: $25/hr 

Part Time: 20 hours/week (No fixed schedule) 

Potential for evolution from part time to full time - formal review after 60 days in the role 

What you will be responsible for in this role:

• Creating spreadsheet for all INSPYR customers and then summarizing, on that spreadsheet, contract status of each customer as appears in JobDiva (our customer management system). Will be several variables to analyze for each contract (which INSPYR will train the intern on).  INSPYR will also train intern on JobDiva system.
• Once spreadsheet completed, follow up with INSPYR salespeople to find missing contracts (probably 3 to 4 months down the road). Update spreadsheet accordingly.
• Eventually, help with integrating client contracts from BGSF acquisition into JobDiva (probably 6 months down the road).
• Further involvement in client contracting process as skills and knowledge progress

 

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Excel/spreadsheet skills or ability/willingness to quickly learn spreadsheet skills
• Good interpersonal skills/comfort communicating with salespeople
• Ability to work independently after receiving general direction
• Ability/willingness to learn computerized systems (e.g. JobDiva)
• Interest in legal processes a plus
• Interest in staffing and willingness to learn about it
