We are looking for up-and-coming employees to help us grow. This Mail Clerk position will sort and process mail as well as other documents received by the firm. This individual would prepare and organize documents for scanning and attach these documents in our case management system. This requires administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

We are looking for up-and-coming employees to help us grow. This Mail Clerk position will sort and process mail as well as other documents received by the firm. This individual would prepare and organize documents for scanning and attach these documents in our case management system. This requires administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Open, sort and disburse all incoming mail each day
- Assist with sending outbound client mail for various departments in the firm
- Track deadlines and prepare correspondence
- General administrative duties as required
- Other duties as reasonably required in pursuit of Firm and client interests
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Highly motivated team player
- Organizational skills
- Ability to maintain composure when under pressure
