In criminal matters, the Charitable Trust attorney may assist local law enforcement or prosecute the matter from investigation, to indictment, to trial. Charitable Trust attorneys also represent the Attorney General as a statutory party in all probate cases involving a charitable trust and may assist in drafting legislation and administrative rules related to the regulation of charities and charitable gaming in Ohio.
