
Immediately Hiring Part Time Intake Specialists for our Nashville Location!
At Legal Intake Professionals, our Intake Specialists are crucial to building strong client relationships. As the first point of contact, you will manage a high volume of phone inquiries, setting a positive tone for every interaction. We need dedicated professionals who can listen with care, get to the details, and more importantly provide a supportive and empathetic experience for every caller. This is an in-office position.
You will be on the front lines of our client support. We need someone who can master our scripts while also listening carefully to get to the core of each callers needs. Ultimately, your goal is to efficiently provide a positive and supportive experience that leaves a lasting impression.
This role is a perfect fit for a personable and well-spoken professional who wants to make a real impact. You will rely on your listening and data entry skills to ensure every client interaction is documented with precision. We believe in investing in our team, so we will provide all the training necessary to get you up to speed on our systems and procedures, regardless of your previous experience. To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar and dictation
- A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
- Active listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
- The ability to ask appropriate questions
- The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of callers claims
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
- A High School diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age
Compensation: $20 per hour with perfect attendance
Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, coming back on time from any breaks during your shift and fulling completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 per hour.
Shifts Offered:
- Part time
- Hours vary between 7am-7pm
- You must be available to work a Saturday or Sunday each week
Training will last approximately four weeks, Mon-Fri from 8a-12p or 4p-8p. Once you have successfully completed training, you will move to your new set schedule
