· At least 3-4 years of litigation experience, including prior trial experience in that role.
· Ability to lead junior paralegals.
· Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibilities outside of initial job description.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Excellent organizational, computer and documentation skills and an ability to prioritize effectively.
· Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and related software.
· Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication are essential in this collaborative work environment.
The Sr. Litigation Paralegal will assist with the management of a heavy litigation docket that encompasses the complete range of a litigation life cycle. Demonstrate expert competency in all paralegal functions including those related to case management, document collections and productions, deposition and witness interviews, court filings and trial coordination.
Responsibilities:
· Attend trials as lead trial paralegal.
· Managing the initial organization of a case and advising junior members of the department on best practices relating to the documents, workflow and the case team. Interacting with internal Paul, Weiss departments and external vendors regarding technology issues, database customization and electronic productions.
· Serving as lead paralegal in document collection efforts. Delegating work to junior paralegals and supervising their activities with respect to document collections, document productions and database management.
· Leading projects relating to privilege and redaction logs.
· Serving as point person between case teams and paralegal team and coordinating activities of junior paralegals in accomplishing deposition and witness interview preparation goals. Leading paralegal team in gathering and preparing documents relevant to witnesses, organize exhibits, take notes and handle exhibits during the deposition, and digest transcripts to summarize highlights of a proceeding.
· Collecting documents and data, conduct fact investigations and assist with witness interviews, coordinate and oversee document collections, and ensure appropriate handling of electronic discovery materials and compliance with legal discovery obligations. Facilitate orderly case administration and reporting through implementation of internal matter management tools and systems.
· Take lead in working with attorneys and the Managing Attorney's Office in the preparation and filing of all court documents.
