Highlighted Qualifications:
A respected and well-established law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant with paralegal skills to join its Corporate Law Practice Group. This position plays a key role in supporting attorneys with both administrative and legal tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses a solid understanding of corporate legal processes. No formal degree or paralegal certification is required—experience, skill, and reliability matter most.

- Prepare and draft legal documents including operating agreements, bylaws, articles of incorporation, and other corporate filings.
- File corporate documents with the Secretary of State and other regulatory agencies.
- Organize and maintain client files (physical and electronic) in compliance with firm protocols.
- Manage attorneys’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Conduct basic legal research and gather information to assist attorneys.
- Prepare signature packets, maintain corporate records, and assist with transaction closings.
- Handle e-filings and other procedural requirements for corporate matters.
- Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, and internal team members.
Highlighted Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a corporate law environment, either as a legal assistant or paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, entity formation, and legal terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- No degree or certification required—practical experience and a solid work ethic are key.
