Core Responsibilities:

· Lead the Transformation: Implement new strategies and techniques to improve how we collect outstanding balances from law firms.

· Coach Your Team: Motivate, train, and develop a team of collections specialists to achieve ambitious goals.

· Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with attorneys and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective collections.

· Analyze & Strategize: Use data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and improve collection strategies.

· Drive Results: Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) like collection rates and days to resolution.

· Innovate & Improve: Continuously look for ways to improve processes and drive better results.
