Coker, Robb & Cannon, Family Lawyers, is looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our dedicated teams in Collin County and Denton County. If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping families navigate complex legal matters, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, modifications, and enforcements.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and orders.
  • Maintain organized case files, manage deadlines, and coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
  • Conduct legal research and gather necessary case information.
  • Support attorneys in mediation and trial preparation.
  • Provide compassionate and professional client support throughout the legal process.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of family law experience in a fast-paced legal setting.
  • Strong drafting and document preparation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Collin, Dallas, and Denton County courts (preferred).
  • Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in family law.
  • Knowledge of Texas family law procedures and court filings.
