Responsibilities:
• Advise and guide clients on claims including slip & fall, construction, and motor vehicle accidents.
• Conduct thorough investigations to assess and build strong cases.
• Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to execute end-to-end litigation.
• Prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective case management.
• Stay updated on personal injury laws and legal developments.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Licensed in New York State.
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Strong work ethic and resilience to handle complex cases.
