What You’ll Do

• Take charge of a robust docket of 25+ personal injury cases from filing through verdict or settlement
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials confidently and effectively
• Develop and execute aggressive litigation strategies to maximize client recovery
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with speed and precision.
• Communicate proactively with clients and keep them fully informed every step of the way
• Collaborate with and manage your paralegal and trial staff to win cases

What You Bring

• Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado, in good standing
• Minimum of four (4) years of litigation experience, with substantial courtroom exposure
• Strong deposition and trial prep skills
• Fearless advocate with outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized, responsive, and ready to own results
• Commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct

• Competitive base salary plus aggressive commission structure — your results will be rewarded, the opportunity to earn $150,000 - $250,000 plus
