In this role, you will deliver legal services that encompass title searches and research related to real property. This will involve activities such as conducting courthouse investigations, performing fieldwork, and engaging in personal interviews with landowners and commission staff. Additionally, this position entails managing the settlement processes for real estate acquisitions and exchanges, along with handling the necessary documentation for both electronic and physical files.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 45-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days a week upon successful completion of training. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

- $75,678 - $114,915/year
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional legal experience and graduation from an accredited school of law; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Post Employment Requirements:
You must be certified for admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and must maintain membership on a continuous basis during employment.
