Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research
- Provide legal counsel in coordination with senior colleagues
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
- Maintain litigation files
- Prepare legal documents, motions and pleadings
- Conduct depositions, arbitrations and trials
- Supervise paralegals and support staff

Compensation: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
