Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Pennsylvania Managing Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law, particularly on the plaintiff side. This is an excellent opportunity to join our reputable law firm and make a significant impact in the field of personal injury litigation. The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring exceptional client representation and satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise a team providing guidance, mentorship and support.
- Oversee all aspects of case management, including strategy development, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle complex motion practice.
- Collaborate with senior management on developing and implementing firm-wide strategies, goals and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s), utilizing data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
- Manage the firm’s profit and loss (P&L) statements for the PA office, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania Bar license.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience practicing personal injury law with a focus on the plaintiff side.
- Proven track record of managing a high volume of cases and achieving successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a team.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and managing P&L statements.
- In-depth understanding of key performance indicators and reporting metrics within a legal setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive work environment.
Compensation Range:
$200,000 - $250,000 USD
Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
