A prestigious Philadelphia Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its distinguished Medical Malpractice Defense team. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the head of the Medical Malpractice department in all aspects of the pre-litigation process.
• Lead e-discovery efforts, including data collection, review, and analysis.
• Develop and maintain robust document management systems for efficient case organization and retrieval.
• Conduct in-depth review and summarization of medical records.
• Assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Proven experience in Medical Malpractice Defense.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in e-discovery software and case management systems.
• Strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
