Remote, Contract -based South Florida Family Law Litigation Attorney Opportunity - 20–30 Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated South Florida Family Law Litigation Attorney<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 20–30 hours per week<\/b>, with the potential to transition into a full -time opportunity.
<\/p>Attorney Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

• Manage and support active family law litigation matters from inception through resolution
  <\/li>
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and other family law documents
  <\/li>
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
  <\/li>
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and other court proceedings as needed
  <\/li>
• Review case files and ensure matters progress efficiently
  <\/li>
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the legal team throughout the litigation process
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Attorney Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
  <\/h3>

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
    <\/li>
  • Located in South Florida and available for in -person hearings and court appearances as needed
    <\/li>
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Florida family law litigation experience
    <\/li>
  • Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, hearings, and mediations
    <\/li>
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
    <\/li>
  • Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters independently
    <\/li>
  • Organized, detail -oriented, and able to meet deadlines
    <\/li>
  • Self -starter with excellent communication and client management skills
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour<\/b>.
