Hancock Daniel is seeking a lateral attorney with relevant civil litigation experience to join our Medical Malpractice Defense Litigation Team in the Richmond, Virginia office. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Our top-of-market bonus programs reward strong performance. Your performance and productivity will drive compensation. Hancock Daniel has a minimum billing requirement of 1850 hours.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Virginia State Bar
- 2+ years of Medical Malpractice or other complex civil defense litigation experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology or willingness to learn
- Strong legal research and advocacy skills
- Dedication to excellent client service and passion for the practice of law
