An Am Law 100 Law Firm is offering a full-time opportunity for a junior Associate in our Intellectual Property Litigation Practice based in Washington, D.C. The Associate will have the chance to work with a diverse array of clients across various industries nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in patent litigation. Candidates should be familiar with managing discovery, drafting briefs, and preparing for depositions and hearings. Experience with the International Trade Commission (ITC) and/or the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is a plus. A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science is preferred.

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, along with a strong academic record. Admission to the D.C. Bar or eligibility for admission in the near future is required.

The expected salary range for this position is $215,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
