Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and counsel on antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance.
• Draft legal memoranda, motions, and briefs; prepare for and conduct depositions and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws, regulations, and emerging legal trends.
• Advise clients on antitrust compliance and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships while understanding their legal needs and business objectives.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff as required.

Essential Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Washington, D.C. or eligibility to obtain membership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal concepts and apply them to various cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Desired Experience:

• A minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in antitrust law, preferably within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
• Proven track record in managing cases from inception to resolution, with experience in both litigation and regulatory matters.
• Experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, including conducting antitrust reviews and assessments.
• Familiarity with federal and state antitrust laws and regulations.
