Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and counsel on antitrust matters, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance.
- Draft legal memoranda, motions, and briefs; prepare for and conduct depositions and trials.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws, regulations, and emerging legal trends.
- Advise clients on antitrust compliance and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships while understanding their legal needs and business objectives.
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff as required.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in Washington, D.C. or eligibility to obtain membership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal concepts and apply them to various cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience in antitrust law, preferably within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proven track record in managing cases from inception to resolution, with experience in both litigation and regulatory matters.
- Experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, including conducting antitrust reviews and assessments.
- Familiarity with federal and state antitrust laws and regulations.
- Salary Range: $235,000 - $390,000 annually.
